For the United States NVLAP LED ITRI certification industry can obtain local instant international certification

Recently, the United States has announced ITRI, voluntary Laboratory (NVLAP) certification, the future will be able to provide Taiwan LED package, the retention rate in instant international recognized professional lumen (LM80) testing service.

ITRI said, NVLAP standard certification chapter specified for Energy Star solid-state lighting products made in the laboratory, ITRI certification NVLAP, will provide more manufacturers in Taiwan in the immediate international qualification testing, to help the industry to obtain certification, improve the competitiveness of the industry.

Among them, LM80 is the encapsulation of LED after temperature, the environment and the current stability of the 6000 hour test, by the illuminating engineering society of North America (IES) proposed in 2008, is not only the basic requirements for testing LED lumen maintenance, standard test project is a necessary part of American Energy Star certification.
