Product Maintenance

Examples to explain how to teach you how to face 3C spot checks

CCC certification product supervision and inspection work has been the government control the quality of goods, safeguard the interests of consumers a powerful weapon. Shanghai inspection and Quarantine Bureau of mechanical and electrical Center in 2014 with the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of quality and technical supervision to complete the work of the electromagnetic oven product sampling, the future may also carry out various types of products, including lamps, including spot checks. For enterprises, if the product is detected in the supervision and inspection of substandard and announced to the whole society, the light will affect the brand reputation, but also endanger the survival of enterprises. So, how can we effectively avoid the occurrence of such tragedies, happy to face the CCC supervision and spot checks?

Simple to say is: study product standards, quality control. Although it is nonsense, but also the truth. In this paper, I will be found in previous sampling and analysis of typical products in the process of detection of substandard cases, hoping to help the relevant lighting manufacturer to avoid low-level errors, smoothly through the supervision.

Case 1: bracket lamp cover is not reliable grounding

Figure 1: a long groove shaped shell

Figure 2: a bracket lamp after installation

On the market there are a lot of metal shell bracket lamp, this kind of lamps are generally used to provide grounding protection against electric shock, which is the standard for the protection of the class I. This kind of lamp shell is composed of two parts, one part is a rectangular groove form casing (Fig. 1), ballast and wires are disposed therein, the other part is a cover, cover in the groove by screws or other way. Figure 2 shows a bracket lamp after the installation is complete.

Although some enterprises are able to correctly groove grounding, but ignored the top cover. In a ceiling mounted bracket lamp, if the inner conductor is not secured by the use of effective measures, the wire is likely to sag and touch the cover plate due to gravity. Once the contact wire of the cover plate is damaged, the cover plate is charged, so the cover plate must be grounded.

Case two: the exposed inner conductor is not fixed with a fixing device

This may sound a bit of a detour, what is called "exposed inner conductor"? We look at Figure 3 will understand. The line from the output of the power supply to the LED module is the "exposed inner conductor."". The 5.3.5 GB7000.1 standard provisions, no dust and water requirements for lamps, when exposed on the outside of the inner conductor length is larger than 80mm, and may be subject to stress, you will need to meet external wires (i.e. power line) requirements. Therefore, both ends of the wire should be properly fixed. In Figure 3 the lamp is very good to meet this requirement, the fixed measures such as shown in Figure 5 and figure 4.

Case three: use the metal fixing device to press the wire directly

Section GB7000.1 of the 5.2.10 standard provides that if the insulation failure of an electric wire can cause an electric shock hazard, a flexible support frame made of insulating material or a fixed insulating gasket shall be provided. Figure 6 shows an unqualified case. Remember that this lamp companies also feel very wronged: "the following is not an insulation pad? Why not qualified? "

Ha ha, the following can be it? If the wire is broken and the top metal holder is charged, then the current will still cause an electric shock, according to the "broken wire - fixed frame - screw - lamp body - the human body" path. After some explanation, the subsequent rectification of the enterprise, the metal fixed frame into a plastic fixed frame, which meets the standard requirements.

Case four: marking is not standardized or missing

For businesses, because mark was sentenced to failure is the most depressing, most worthwhile things, just like when the road test because no car around the examination a week was off the same examiner. So, what kind of mark is the most easily overlooked? Based on past experience, I give the answer is: the power supply terminal L, N mark. The provisions of this mark can be found in section GB7000.1 of the 3.2.12 standard. Figure 7 is a correct example of the mark, each lamp manufacturers must pay attention to these tiny details oh.
