Liang Zhipeng said, "12th Five-Year" period is the key period of the development of China's photovoltaic industry, the State encourages enterprises to reduce the cost of photovoltaic power generation through technological progress, so as to improve the competitiveness of photovoltaic power generation, photovoltaic power generation cost is expected in the next 3-5 years will be greatly reduced.

According to statistics, in 2010 China's total output of photovoltaic products was 8GW, accounting for 50% of the world's total output, ranking first in the world. Although China has become a major producer of photovoltaic products, but the domestic photovoltaic applications market has not developed, each year about 95% of PV modules are exported to foreign countries. For how to effectively start the domestic market in the photovoltaic industry, Liang Zhipeng said that in the initial stage of the need to steadily promote, not too much speed, and focus on quality.
