From November 2009 to June 2010, Chongqing University LED optical design and testing center of Chongqing, Shanghai, completed in Zhejiang, Guangdong, Xi'an, Dalian and other provinces of the 36 companies with a total of 15 100 luminaire product testing. The measured LED outdoor lighting a total of 61, of which 39 road lighting, tunnel lighting, 22.
Road lighting
(1) optical parameters
(inspection lamp LED lamp total luminous flux distribution in Figure 1, the average total luminous flux of 39 lights were 9846lm. Calculated according to the provisions of the "brightness on the road of city road lighting design standards CJJ45-2006" requirements, and branch roads required minimum total luminous flux of 2800 street to 6800 Street LM, trunk road required minimum total luminous flux of 13700 LM (four lanes) and 23800 LM (eight lanes). Although the specific situation should vary depending on the arrangement of lamps, the above calculation data can also reflect the average index. The total luminous flux, LED lighting products at present has been able to meet the demand of branch road lighting applications, but also to need in the trunk road lighting.
Effect of light level LED road lamps as shown in figure 2. On the whole, the light effect level is uneven, the average luminous efficiency of road lighting is 72.3 lm/W. Only from the light efficiency level, the current LED lighting products have reached or even exceeded some of the traditional lighting products to meet the application requirements. As the main body of the road lighting, the light efficiency of LED outdoor lighting distribution in the middle and high low, the overall distribution is more reasonable.
Light effect required common lighting national standard (>60 lm/W), the traditional high pressure sodium lighting effect (>80 lm/W), low pressure sodium lighting effect (>140 lm/W) and halogen light (>90 lm/W), most of the LED street lamp light effect has been able to meet the national standard basic requirements for general lighting. Effect of light level a few products have even reached high pressure sodium lamp, metal halide lamp. In general, the average level of light effect of LED street lamp has no obvious advantage compared with the traditional street lamp. If taking into account the natural advantages of LED lamps in the light of the directional light source, LED light source can realize the reasonable control of total power lamps and the total flux through the choice of quantity, LED lamp, light in the design with the use of road lighting, make full use of the unique advantages of LED light source, can be in the light effect level the existing LED light source, with lower power than traditional light source consumption and assurance requirements of road lighting lighting all indicators, energy-saving effect can reach or exceed the traditional high pressure sodium lamp light source.
Light effect LED light efficiency and manufacturers measured were compared in terms of nominal and actual lamps light efficiency as the standard value, + 10% as the allowable error range, 39 lights and 7 lights in the nominal value of luminous efficiency is lower than the test, there are 16 nominal lamp light efficiency is high, only 16 of the nominal index with light the requirement of error, failure rate as high as 59%. For the identification of the light effect value of the product, there are some small businesses do not have LED optical testing means, semiconductor lighting industry testing services and evaluation system urgently needed to improve.
(2) electrical parameters
Power factor is one of the most important parameters in electrical parameters, it said the cosine phase difference between voltage and current in AC circuits, reflects the efficiency of electrical equipment operation. Figure 3 for the LED street lamp power factor distribution, the vast majority of street lamps are in line with the power factor requirements. In the nominal value of the measured value of the difference, only one of the nominal value is lower than the measured value of 0.05, there are no power factor index of three.
Electric power, assuming lighting average luminous efficiency 75lm/W, according to "road illumination requirements of city road lighting design standards CJJ45-2006" in the calculation, fitting for minimum power standard Branch Road and the roads between 70 ~ 130W for main road lighting is more than 200W. LED road lighting power distribution is measured as shown in Figure 4, the average power is 133.8W, visible current power level of LED lamps have been fully meet the branch road, road lighting, lighting in the main roads still need further efforts to meet the actual demand. Therefore, according to the current average level, also should not be in the main road lighting aggressive promotion.
Two, tunnel lighting
(1) optical parameters
LED tunnel lamp for lighting in the total light flux distribution in Figure 5, the average total luminous flux 22 LED tunnel light weight 5208lm. According to the requirements of the tunnel tunnel ventilation and lighting design specification for the middle section of the tunnel, the minimum total luminous flux of the tunnel lamp is 2000 ~ 4400 lm. According to the above statistical results, from the point of view of the total flux, the current LED tunnel lighting products have been able to meet the needs of the tunnel Duan Zhaoming application.
LED lighting lamp light level as shown in Figure 6, the average optical effect was 66.3 lm/W, lower than the average level of LED lights, light dispersion effect distribution is better than the LED street lamp. This shows that the uneven level of light efficiency, but also greatly enhance the potential.
Light effect phenomenon mistakenly labeled LED tunnel lights are also common. 22 tunnel lights, only 9 lamps nominal error within + 10%. There are 2 lamps nominal light effect is lower than the measured value, there are 11 lamps nominal light effect is high, that is half of the LED tunnel lamp high standard product light efficiency index, individual product light effect nominal value even more than the measured value of 60%.
(2) electrical parameters
