In January 31st, Fujian held by the Putian Academy of Sciences China "low cost and high efficiency LED indoor lighting improved MCOB packaging materials and technology integration achievements appraisal meeting, the expert group appraisal committee agreed that the technology has a complete independent intellectual property rights, and has achieved industrialization, technical indicators have reached international advanced products standard.
The group agreed that the project and the application of long-term basic research, the results through the design and development of key materials package, forming a new material based on multi function and multi cup, multi chip (MCOB) technology innovation integration package, significantly improves the light efficiency, effectively reducing the cost. A major breakthrough of key materials and key technology, with independent intellectual property rights, and has realized the scale of industrialization.
Since the beginning of 2009, the Chinese Academy of Sciences Fujian Institute of material structure and Fujian Wanban Optoelectronics Technology Co Ltd, jointly developed, MCOB packaging material and structure of industrial manufacturing technology today, the light effect developed lighting products have reached the international advanced level, but the price is only 30% of similar products in the market. In 2012, the use of this technology has achieved an annual output of 1 million 500 thousand LED bulb and 1 million LED fluorescent lamp.
Experts believe that the results of the formation of the packaging materials to the packaging structure of the complete independent intellectual property rights, including the four major innovative technologies:
First, design and development of the multifunctional high reflectivity ceramic film of aluminum substrate, as MCOB substrate material, solves the problem of the silver film are yellow, the thermal insulating barrier breakthrough, improve the reflectivity of the substrate and the light light efficiency, simplifies the packaging structure, the total cost of the lamp is reduced by more than 1/4. The application of the MCOB packaging technology to achieve the LED bulb lamp lighting effect 153.37Lm/W, color rendering index 82.8, LED fluorescent lamp lighting effect 154.72Lm/W, color index of 70.2.
Two, take the lead in using cast composite laminated molding process on alumina composite ceramic substrate, to achieve a combination of high reflectance and high thermal conductivity, high anti breakdown, high reliability and other performance advantages, can effectively improve the light efficiency and light quality, solves the problem of low reflection and low alumina ceramic substrate by common problems. The application of the composite ceramic substrate MCOB packaging technology to achieve the LED bulb lamp lighting effect 149.97Lm/W, color rendering index 82.5, LED fluorescent lamp lighting effect 141.2Lm/W, color index of 69.8.
Three, through the innovation process and crystal field modulation, prepared with tunable emission and surface defects, Gao Liangzi efficiency, low light attenuation, the transmissivity of a new generation of fluorescent material -- the theoretical value of the transparent ceramic phosphor garnet structure, by using the new type of transparent ceramic phosphor MCOB package, significantly increased the reliability of light source and light efficiency, simplifies the packaging structure, reduce the cost, solve the problem of fluorescent powder and plastic packaging are caused by aging and decay of the color drift. At the same time, this paper proposes and uses a two side light emitting packaging structure for the first time, and realizes the light source efficiency of the multi chip packaging structure under the low current drive 261Lm/W.
Four, the integration of improved MCOB Technology (including more than three kinds of substrate and chip packaging technology postprocessing technology, power technology, ceramic technology, high heat radiating fin bottom glue, etc.) the formation of low cost and high efficiency LED light source package and lighting technology, LED product cost down more than 1/4, efficiency increased by 50%, the international performance index leading.
Experts suggested that the need to further accelerate the application of technology promotion, especially the industrial application of transparent fluorescent ceramic technology, and expand the industrial scale, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of China's LED lighting industry.
