AIXTRON CRIUS II first settled in Taiwan Chi Mei, performance than expected

The CRIUS II is easy to debug and can be converted to 2 inch, 4 inch or 6 inch wafers. Compared with CRIUS, CRIUS II's production capacity from 31 to 55 x2 inches x2 inches or 13 inches x4, due to the production of large size wafer is the key to lower costs, CRIUS II can greatly improve the productivity and reduce the cost of HB-led.
