In terms of products, Yixin Semiconductor's 0404-QD MIP has been lit for the first time in early 2024, and 0306-QDR and 0516-QDR products are about to be mass-produced. Yixin Semiconductor said that this series of products is currently the only Micro LED packaging chip in China that uses mass transfer and quantum dot technology. 

Yixin Semiconductor stated that quantum dot synthesis technology and quantum dot film packaging technology are continuing to iterate and improve, effectively improving Mini/Micro LED display effects, through cooperation with investor Botao Intelligence, the company can further improve the energy conversion efficiency of quantum dots and their service life under harsh working conditions in the future. Investor Botao Intelligent stated that the company specializes in the production of key equipment such as CVD (chemical vapor deposition, APCVD, PECVD), ALD (atomic layer deposition), vacuum furnaces and FBCVD (powder material CVD packaging) for display panels, photovoltaics and semiconductors. This cooperation with Suzhou Yixin is an important layout of the company's products in the semiconductor display field.
