Xinshiyuan displays two silicon-based Micro LED display backplanes for xR

On March 21, the 2023 China Yuanverse Industrial Ecology Conference was held in Jiangbei New District, Nanjing, Jiangsu. At the meeting, Wu Pan, director of the sales department of Xinshiyuan, took the stage to release the results, demonstrating Xinshiyuan's two silicon-based Micro LED display backplanes SVC2K39M and SVC1K26M for xR applications.

The chip specifications of the two products displayed this time are 0.39 inches and 0.26 inches respectively, the pixel size is 4.5um×4.5um, and the PPI is 5645.

Among them, the effective display size of the 0.39-inch product is 8.62mm×4.86mm, the gray scale is 128 (7bit), and the resolution is 19201080; the effective display size of the 0.26-inch product is 5.76mm×3.24mm, the grayscale is 256 (8bit), and the resolution is 1280720.

Xinshiyuan said that currently more than ten Micro LED module factories at home and abroad have used these two display backplanes to produce Micro LED display modules. Among them, the brightness of single green products can reach up to millions of nits, and the brightness of single red products and single blue samples can reach hundreds of thousands of nits.
