Xinnajing is a 90%-owned subsidiary of Xinhaiyi. It is mainly engaged in LED technology research and development, production and sales of LED epitaxial wafers and chips. The total contract value signed between Xinnajing and Changfang Lighting is approximately 52.65 million yuan, accounting for 163.02% of Xinnajing's audited annual operating income in 2013. The performance of the contract will have a positive impact on the continued growth of Xinnajing and the company's performance in 2014.
