With a total investment of 5 billion, the first phase of Mianyang Huike MiniLED project started

On February 13, Sichuan Province held an on-site promotion event for major projects in the first quarter of 2025. There were a total of 2,956 major projects with a total investment of 1,131.8 billion yuan.

Among them, the first phase of the Mianyang Huike Mini LED project held a groundbreaking ceremony at the Mianyang branch venue. The project has a total investment of 5 billion yuan. It is located in the east area of Sichuan Mianyang Industrial Park in Fucheng District and is constructed by Mianyang Huike Technology Co., Ltd.

The project construction includes backlight module and direct display module production lines including epitaxy, cleaning, exposure, evaporation, etching, PECVD, grinding, back plating, cutting, testing, sorting and other production processes. After the project is completed and reaches full production, the annual output value will reach 5 billion yuan, and the annual comprehensive tax revenue will be 500 million yuan. The project construction period is from 2025 to 2026.

Since December last year, Huike has been making frequent moves. The company has successively received a 2.4 billion yuan capital increase from Mian Investment Group; signed a 2025 strategic cooperation memorandum with Changhong Holding Group; negotiated with the Changsha Municipal Government team to include the construction of Huike Mini LED backlight/direct display modules and complete machine projects; and successfully lit up the industry's first 6.67-inch Micro LED direct display screen with a glass-based HMO backplane.

Since entering 2025, Huike has rapidly promoted the construction of Mini LED production capacity. Just in this At the beginning of the month, Huike's Mini LED backlight/direct display module and complete machine project with a total investment of 9 billion yuan also started construction in Liuyang, Hunan. The project took less than a month from signing to start of construction.

In the field of Mini LED, in addition to the projects currently under construction in Mianyang, Sichuan and Liuyang, Hunan, Huike in Yichang also completed the mass production of the first mLED COB display production line in Hubei Province in January last year.

As a technology company focusing on the field of semiconductor display, Huike's main business is the development and manufacturing of core display devices such as semiconductor display panels and smart display terminals. Huike's existing technologies include amorphous silicon a-Si TFT-LCD technology, Oxide TFT, Oxide RGB OLED, Oxide LCD, Mini LED, etc.

As Huike invests a lot of resources in the construction of Mini LED production capacity, Mini LED may gradually become an important part of Huike's technology in the future and become a key source of contribution to Huike's performance.
