LED manufacturer Tangshi Lighting’s revenue in November this year was 102 million yuan (NT$, the same below), an annual increase of 4.01%. The cumulative revenue in the first 11 months was 1.088 billion yuan, an annual increase of 59.31%.
The company acquired Grand Canyon at the end of October last year, expanding its revenue scale. Grand Canyon’s main sales market is concentrated in mainland China. In the first three quarters of this year, after-tax losses were 11.42 million yuan, and EPS was -0.2 yuan. The estimated operating performance in the fourth quarter is roughly the same as that in the second and third quarters.

Tangshi Lighting's profit performance for the whole year was not satisfactory. It showed losses after tax in the first and third quarters of this year. The company still views its operating prospects for next year with a positive attitude.
Tangshi Lighting’s revenue in the first three quarters of this year was 885 million yuan, an annual increase of 65%, of which revenue in the third quarter was 318 million yuan, an annual increase of 67%.
