TCL Huaxing said that the high-speed oxide technology equipped on the Honor Tablet 20 screen is one of the results of the company's step-by-step breakthrough in oxide technology. TCL CSOT has achieved a step-by-step technological breakthrough from conventional oxide to high-sensitivity 30 and then to ultra-high-sensitivity 50: TCL CSOT will complete the mass production of conventional oxide IGZO in 2024, achieve mass production of high-sensitivity 30 oxide technology in 2025, and will promote the mass production of ultra-high-sensitivity 50 oxide technology in 2026.
In terms of core device performance, TCL CSOT has made key breakthroughs. The electron mobility of ultra-high mobility oxide devices can reach 50cm2/V·s. The stress stability is in line with existing mass-produced oxide product standards. It also has good withstand voltage performance and reliable performance, and the conditions for mass production have become mature. At present, the world's highest mobility 50 oxide laptop display (14") has completed its global premiere at SID2026.
TCL CSOT pointed out that the release of the Honor Tablet 20 marks the large-scale application of high-mobility oxide technology in mainstream tablet terminals.
