Rokid receives strategic investment from Jingzhida to promote the development of MicroLED AR glasses

According to China Business News, Jingzhida recently announced the completion of its strategic investment in Rokid, a domestic AI glasses company. The two parties will take this strategic investment as an opportunity to establish a normalized ecological synergy mechanism, leveraging Rokid's scene-drawing advantages in end-side AI glasses terminals and Jingzhida's technology accumulation in the field of Micro LED key process inspection.

It is worth noting that Rokid has recently received strategic investments from Fibocom, Awinic Electronics, Connect Optics, and Highpower Technology to jointly promote the development of the AI ​​glasses business.

As the latest strategic investor of Rokid, Jingzhida's main business is the research and development, production and sales of new display device testing equipment and semiconductor testing equipment.

In the field of AMOLED, Jingzhida's testing equipment has covered mainstream manufacturers such as BOE, TCL Technology, Visionox, Shenzhen Tianma, etc., and its market share continues to increase.

In the field of micro display, Jingzhida has achieved mass production and sales of Micro LED/Micro OLED signal generators, wafer inspection equipment, optical inspection and correction repair equipment, final product inspection equipment and other products, and provides systematic inspection solutions to overseas head AR/VR customers.

At the SID 2026 exhibition held in the United States in early May, Jingzhida focused on the silicon-based Micro LED micro-display test solution, which has many features and capabilities such as precise testing of micron-level micro-display devices, full inspection of pixel-level defects, complete optical testing of AR lightweight glasses, and taking into account the high-precision requirements of R&D laboratories and the mass production efficiency requirements of production lines.
