Over 20 million yuan, Alto’s Chuangxiang Digital completed Pre-A+ round of financing

On June 3, Alto Electronics announced that its holding subsidiary Chuangxiang Digital has completed the Pre-A+ round of capital increase and share expansion, and successfully introduced two strategic investors, Shenzhen Linghang Industrial Digital Creative Equipment Industry Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership and Zhuhai Hengqin Jingrong Information Consulting Partnership, with a total financing of 20.1 million yuan.

After the completion of this round of financing, Chuangxiang Digital’s pre-investment valuation reached 300 million yuan, marking that this innovative company focusing on the field of AI+XR virtual production has once again been recognized by the capital market.

This round of financing is a new round of capital support for Chuangxiang Digital after it received Pre-A round financing from Shenzhen Hi-tech Investment Venture Capital, Shenzhen Hi-tech Investment Luohu Fund and other institutions in 2023. According to the company's plan, the funds raised in this round will be mainly used for AI technology research and development, iterative upgrades of MetaBox series products and market channel expansion, to accelerate the large-scale implementation of AI+XR virtual live broadcast solutions in more industries.

Founded in 2021, Chuangxiang Digital is the core platform for Alto Electronics to lay out AI-driven content production. Relying on the parent company's technological accumulation in the fields of LED display, image processing, XR virtual production and intelligent video, the company focuses on the research, development and commercialization of AI+XR virtual live broadcast and virtual production solutions.
