On July 24, Limei Lighting issued an announcement announcing that due to business development needs, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Limei Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Ruichang Limei Trading Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 3 million yuan.

According to the announcement, the main business of Ruichang Limei Trading Co., Ltd. is the research and development and sales of lighting products and supporting devices, the design, research and development, technical services and consulting services of lighting products, batteries, solar and wind power generation equipment, self-operation and agency for the import and export of various commodities and technologies, but the state restricts the company's business operations. Except for commodities and technologies that are operated or prohibited from import and export, the sales of machinery and equipment, metal materials, chemical products (except dangerous goods), Wujijiaodian, mechanical and electrical products, electronic products, automobile and motorcycle accessories, knitted textiles, leather and products, plastic products, paper products, pet supplies, toys, handicrafts, and flowers.

Limei Lighting stated that this external investment is based on the company's strategic planning and operational development needs, optimizing resource allocation, and will help improve the company's industrial layout, better expand market space, improve the company's comprehensive competitive strength, and has positive strategic significance for the company.

Information shows that Limei Lighting was founded in 2011 and listed on the New Third Board in 2016. It is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of energy-saving lamps, LED lamps and other lighting sources and lighting appliances, covering a series of LED lighting related products such as LED tubes, downlights, panels, and floodlights.

Last year, also due to development needs, Jiangxi Limei Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Limei Lighting, established two subsidiaries, namely Ruichang Limei Precision Technology Co., Ltd. established in June and Hangzhou Hanyu Trading Co., Ltd. established in July.

Among them, Ruichang Limei Precision Technology Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 5 million yuan, and its business scope includes hardware product research and development, spray processing, hardware product manufacturing, plastic processing special equipment manufacturing, lighting equipment manufacturing, and non-ferrous metal casting.

Hangzhou Hanyu Trading Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 500,000 yuan, and its business scope includes R&D and sales of lighting products and supporting devices, lighting products, batteries, solar and wind power generation equipment design, R&D, technical services and consulting services, mechanical equipment, metal materials, chemical products (except dangerous goods), Wujiajiaodian, electromechanical products, etc.
