LED-related company Bailuo New Materials completed 50 million yuan in Series A financing

Recently, Shenzhen Bairou New Material Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed a 50 million yuan Series A financing. This round was led by Guangdong Financial and followed by investors such as Shangkai Venture Capital.

Founded in 2017, Bairo New Materials is a professional manufacturer of advanced electronic functional materials and silk screen chemical materials integrating R&D, production, sales and service. The company is mainly committed to the development and production of electronic functional materials in the electronic industry such as LED, PCB, LCD and so on. This financing will be used to increase investment in research and development, enhance product competitiveness, and expand market share.

Relying on independently innovative basic material preparation technologies, including high-purity metal nanomaterials, nano-low-temperature glass powder, nano-optical materials, etc., the company has launched industry-university-research cooperation with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen University, Mingyang Circuit and other units, investing tens of millions of R&D funds in the development of 3D additive manufacturing PCB electronic functional materials and process technology.

It is understood that on February 24, 2022, Mingyang Circuit issued an announcement stating that it planned to cooperate with Bailu New Materials on the research and development of materials and process technology for additive manufacturing of MiniLED glass-based carrier boards, aiming to enhance the company's independent innovation and research and development capabilities, and continuously improve the company's technology research and development innovation system.

In terms of products, Bairo New Materials has currently developed mature special plugging resins, thermally conductive plugging resins, conductive plugging copper pastes, interconnection copper pastes and other series for PCB high multi-layer interconnection and thermal management plugging, gap filling, conductive copper paste products. For PCB solder mask, characters and selective gold technology, a series of products such as printed characters, printed circuits, and printed solder masks have been developed.
