LED backlight demand outbreak MOCVD installed next year, high innovation

The demand backlight ledTV this year, LED brought explosive growth. But, due to the recent upstream sapphire substrate and organic metal materials such as gas supply shortage, the blue LED epitaxial grain before the end of 2010, the supply is tight. In order to meet the market demand for blue LED epitaxy and grain, market research unit DisplayBank expects the first quarter of 2011, the global production of blue LED MOCVD to the number of devices installed, will grow to 2000 units, and continued to increase to 2011 at the end of 2500.
