Investing 40 million yuan, MicroLED micro display project signed in Jiangsu

On April 25, Liang Xi announced that the AoShi Micro Display Light Engine Design and Manufacturing Center project was officially signed and implemented. The project plans to invest 40 million yuan to build a micro-display light engine design and manufacturing center. The annual output value of the project is expected to exceed 300 million yuan when it reaches full production.

It is reported that Shenzhen Aoshi Micro Technology is a developer and manufacturer of Micro LED chips and light engines. It is led by Academician Luo Jianbin of Tsinghua University. The core team is mainly composed of PhDs from Tsinghua University. Currently, the company has applied for more than 150 invention patents. The company's products cover multiple downstream markets such as near-eye displays, smart car lights, and optical communications.

In terms of products, Aoshi Micro Technology currently has 0.21-inch Micro LED monochrome micro display, X-cube full-color light engine and 0.21-inch monochrome light engine products.

It is worth noting that in recent years, Shanbei Street in Liangxi has focused on the smart wearable track, and has initially formed a complete industrial chain covering upstream core devices, midstream complete machine manufacturing, downstream brand manufacturers and scene demonstrations, including Micro LED chip and module supplier Savlus, diffraction light waveguide company Lightboat Semiconductor, and also gathered smart wearable Hong Kong companies such as Jiecheng Optoelectronics, Yiweisi Intelligent, and Microlight Technology.
