Guangtai Lighting smart factory planning project officially launched

On February 4, Zhejiang Jingqi Intelligent System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingqi Intelligence") joined hands with Jiaxing Guangtai Lighting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangtai Lighting") to officially launch the smart factory planning project.

It is reported that Guangtai Lighting was founded in 1993. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of lighting products. The company currently has three production plants and one R&D center. Its main products include HID xenon lamps, halogen lamps, enclosed lamps, LED lamps and various types of lamps. Its main product areas cover motorcycle lighting, aviation and special lighting, stage commercial lighting, high borosilicate glass products, etc.

Guangtai Lighting owns two independent brands, "GuangTai" and "GRANT", and its products sell well in more than 30 countries and regions including the United States, Canada, Japan, Italy, Russia, and Germany; in the domestic market, the company's sales network spreads across the country.

Founded in June 2019, Jingqi Intelligence is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Jinggong Intelligent Systems Co., Ltd. It focuses on intelligent solutions for digital smart factories and has more than 300 successful cases of smart factory planning projects.

At the launch meeting, Mr. Zhu, general manager of Guangtai Lighting, said that the main reason for planning the new factory is that the company's business has grown strongly and the existing production model cannot keep up with customer demand; Guangtai Lighting consists of three factories. With the development of the company, strategic considerations have gradually concentrated on one industrial park to save costs in management.

The new factory planning hopes to achieve two goals: the first is a smart park to improve corporate management capabilities and ensure that it will not be outdated in 20 years; the second is smart warehousing and distribution to reduce the need for people in warehousing and improve the efficiency of factory logistics and distribution.
