BOE Precision Signs Cooperation Agreement with Domestic Auto Parts Enterprises

On April 27, Jingdian (Heyuan) Display Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of BOE Jingdian, and Zhejiang Changjiang Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. officially signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement." The two parties will fully integrate their respective advantageous resources, establish a long-term and stable strategic cooperation model in areas such as customer development and product supply, and work together to promote the continuous upgrade of the smart cockpit experience.


According to BOE Precision, Yangtze Automotive Electronics is a leading domestic auto parts company. It has been 17 years since the two parties first cooperated in 2009. They have jointly created a series of high-end innovative products for first-tier automobile brands such as Chery, Landu, Great Wall, SAIC, Hongqi, and BAIC, including 17.3-inch rear ceiling screens and 21.4-inch super-large screens.

BOE Precision Technology, as the global automotive business platform of BOE Group, will achieve revenue of HK$13.957 billion in 2025 and net profit attributable to the parent company of HK$345 million. Among them, automotive display business revenue reached HK$13 billion, accounting for 93% of total revenue, a year-on-year increase of 4%.

At present, the company has formed three major manufacturing bases in Heyuan, Chengdu and Vietnam, which are mainly used to support global vehicle display and other businesses. In order to further expand production capacity and improve the supply system, the company's Heyuan manufacturing base phase three construction project has laid the foundation in November 2025. Facilities such as vehicle-mounted display intelligent production lines, R&D centers, and core laboratories will be built to create a manufacturing platform integrating R&D and mass production. The project is expected to complete the first phase of equipment move-in in November 2026, and achieve large-scale mass production in December of the same year. After production is put into operation, the new annual production capacity is expected to exceed 10 million pieces.

BOE Precision stated that the two parties will further carry out in-depth cooperation in multiple dimensions such as technology research and development, product innovation, and market expansion in the future, jointly explore new paths for the integrated development of smart cockpits and automotive electronics, and continue to empower innovative changes and high-quality development of the automotive industry.
