2,999 yuan, brother brand MOVA releases MicroLED AR glasses

According to media reports, on March 31, 2026, smart home appliance brand MOVA held a press conference in Silicon Valley, USA, and officially announced its entry into the field of smart glasses, launching two products, Yaomu G2 AI glasses and AR S8 AR glasses.

Yaomu G2 is designed to be lightweight for daily wear. The whole machine weighs only 38 grams. It adopts Micro LED + binocular monochromatic optical waveguide solution and supports portable AI, real-time translation, meeting minutes, navigation prompts and other functions.

The yellow display of this product is different from the common green light waveguides on the market. Officials say it can reduce blue light and glare. G2 is equipped with a 200mAh battery, supports 0-700 degree myopia glasses, and is priced at 2,999 yuan.

AR S8 focuses on immersive visual experience. It uses BirdBath optical solution and 0.71-inch Micro OLED screen to achieve a virtual giant screen effect with binocular 4K resolution and 52-degree field of view, equivalent to a 220-inch screen at a distance of 6 meters. This product supports 0-600 degree myopia adjustment without the need for additional glasses. It is mainly targeted at mobile office and audio-visual entertainment scenarios.

The two products are priced at 2,999 yuan in China and 599 US dollars in overseas markets. MOVA stated that this layout is intended to seize the opportunity of "next generation portable computing entrance" and promote smart glasses from the geek circle to the mass market.

MOVA was founded in 2024. It was originally an internal incubation project of Chuimi Technology. It is now an independently operated brother brand, mainly engaged in smart home products such as cleaning and personal care.

It is worth mentioning that Zhumi Technology is also entering the smart glasses market. It announced the launch of a "Waterscape AQUA 100" AR smart swimming goggles at this year's AWE, which uses diffraction light waveguide technology to provide a 30° field of view, can achieve a 640x480 resolution monocular green display, and supports the display of various core sports data such as swimming duration, stroke frequency, and pace data.
